That would not be enough for some
last night i ran into a former elder friend, he is in his late 70s.
he asked how i was doing and i asked how he was doing.
then out of the blue he tells me; .

Each and every one of us here who has either left, faded or shown discontent in any way is a witness to those remaining. When they are feeling doubts, they are going to think of us.
That's exactly what's happening to me. I left two years ago, and now I'm finally getting calls from former elders, especially those that want to talk about what is happening in the organization, but can't talk to anyone inside. They want to believe it's still God's organization, but it's getting harder and harder to believe. They are trying very hard to stay in the organization, yet they call me to express their doubts. They are still afraid to do research, but they are getting closer and closer to taking the plunge.
I think it's exciting because just a few years ago, there was still some believability in what the organization said, but not anymore.

It seems his mind is opened a little, if just a crack.
Maybe it's time to talk to him about 607..
I thought about that, but the poor man is hitting 80, and he is not in the best of health, what would be the point at that age. He still believes in paradise earth, let him die believing that.
this is how you force good talent to be used for bad things.
specially considering his young age.. http://www.dallasnews.com/news/community-news/northwest-dallas-county/headlines/20150915-irving-ninth-grader-arrested-after-taking-homemade-clock-to-school.ece.

So should the authorities just ignore it?
I was a sub. teacher for about a year. A kid in the 5th grade, about 11 years old brought a contraption with a timer and we all ignored it. About 30 minutes into the class the thing went off with a loud shrieking sound. It scared the hell out of everyone.
Anything can happen these days.

I bet a healthy percentage (at least of the ones that have two brain cells to rub together are praising it because that's just what you do. In the back of their mind though, something just isn't right. People could be praising it now hoping that they'll figure it out, but once they realize that their inability to make sense of it isn't their fault, the story will start to change.
I agree 100 percent OEJ
I’m seeing this among my friend in my old hall, Give it another 5 years and I bet at least 25% of my old hall will wake up.

Not in my congregation. They are praising it
Sounds like the separating work the dubs teach is taking place in each congregation, Hey maybe that's the prophecy's fulfillment.

This Overlapping generation is crap, and I don’t believe it. “
I asked him; “What are you going to do”
He said; “Well what can I do? I still believe in a paradise earth. I don’t know anything anymore. All I know is this overlapping generation is a bunch of crap and I don’t believe it.
And he walked away.
the apostle paul stated at 2 timothy 3:16: all scripture is inspired of god.
the phrase inspired of god translates the compound greek word theopneustos, meaning, literally, god-breathed or breathed by god.
this is the only occurrence of this greek term in the scriptures.

Until this drastic field of polarizing opposites ceases to exist, Western society will care little about the actual facts.
That's just sad.

Many theologians speculate that the canon should be revisited,

Caleb, how long do you think it will take the Western world to realize that the Bible we have today is not a direct word for word unerring message from God? Another 100 years? I mean we are at a point in history where communication of ideas is so easy to disseminate.
Doug, love all your studies, great job.
